Weekly Modules
Each week we will be working through the key 'power' topics to living a more powerful life. 

Week 0 - Welcome, Vision and Future Self

In week 0 we set up the goal post to help you get clear on your 'future self' and how you are currently showing up in the world. 

Week 1 - Identity and Ways of BE ing

In week 1 we look into who you are, your identity and your ways of BE ing and give you clarity on who you need to BE to be the best version of  you.

Week 2 - Values and Beliefs

Week 2 sees us starting to dig into our values and beliefs systems abd understanding why the role they have played in our lives. We then work through getting rid of limiting beliefs that are holding you back 

Week 3 - Interpretations and Meaning

Week 3 is a big week as you start to realise you have been coming from a dis-empoweing place in your life - through your interpretations of situations and the meaning that you are giving them. This week will give you the tools to show up with more resilience in your life!

Week 4 - Stories

This week's topic is about the power of the stories that we tell ourselves and the impact that they have on our lives. In this module you will let go of your old stories and re-write new stories that will propel your growth.

Week 5 - Self Responsibility

Week 5 is a big week as we broach the topic of Self responsibility. We look at how important it is to be self responsible and get you to reflect on how responsible you are being in your life. You'll come away with the tools to practice to be more self responsible, ie. more powerful

Week 6 - Your Future Self Strategy

In week 6, the final week of the program, we will be mapping out your strategy, next steps and actions that you will take to continue your growth and development towards your future self.
